With an experience of over 26+ Years in Industry & Academia, a TEDx Speaker and having interest in Cloud, Blockchain, Database Technologies & Soft Computing, I am credited with 12 Patents Granted in India and Germany and 01 Copyright Registered. I have published 65+ Research papers (SCI/ Scopus Indexed) / Book Chapters/ Articles with reputed publishers including Springer, IGI, IEEE Xplore, Wiley, Hindawi, Journals/ Conferences/ Online Platforms/ Magazines. I have also published 04 Books on Information & Communication (Springer), 6G Network & Green Computing (River Publisher, Denmark), Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (River Publishers) and Smart Technologies.

After completing my Post Graduation in Computer Applications in 1997, I embarked on my professional journey as an Application Developer in a Mainframe Environment, specializing in COBOL, CA Realia Workbench, CICS, IMS, and IDMS. However, my career took an unexpected turn when I transitioned from industry to academia. This shift proved to be a unique and enriching experience, allowing me to delve deeper into technology from conceptual, algorithmic, and practical perspectives. By bridging the gap between industry and academia, I gained a distinctive advantage.

Today, I leverage my expertise to connect with industry stakeholders, facilitating the translation of theoretical concepts into practical implementations. My ability to anticipate and adopt emerging technologies has enabled my institute to maintain a leadership position. Some of the Notable initiatives, which I took with the support of the Leadership of my I.T.S – The Education Group, include Establishing a networked environment with a fibre optic backbone with our own trained staff, Deploying 4000+ desktops/laptops in a wired and wireless environment, Implementing advanced security systems across campuses, Creating phantom-based unique training labs for dental studies, Developing comprehensive security solutions across the network, development and deployment various software solutions across the Institutes of group and infrastructure development, upkeep and upgradation.

Our institute's management demonstrated foresight in recognizing the significance of technological evolution, allowing us to stay ahead of the curve since our inception. Apart from Academics and technology, I feel privileged and blessed to share strong connect, bond with Top industry leaders including CIOs, CISOs, CSOs, CTOs, CEO, many founders and all their support in all our endeavours. This has greatly helped to keep our faculty team up-to-date with latest technologies, ongoing researches, issues that Industry and businesses are facing and what kind of skill sets are required. This has immensely helped us in identifying gaps, arranging skill development programs for our students on identified technologies through training and development on Technology as well soft skills which have resulted in grand success. This is witnessed by every year increasing number of selection of our students in leading companies, entrepreneurs, presence of our students in Public Sector companies, Financial Institutions, government organizations, security services etc.

This has given me food for thoughts for continuous exploration, research about technology evolution, latest technologies and their business impacts and how it is furthering in terms of research and potential outcomes.

I have been providing & coordinating training and consultancy to various reputed organizations including Indian Air Force, Manipal Group, GDA etc. and has been speaking at different forums in India and abroad as speaker, panelist, Expert lectures and guest talks in various Summits/ Conclaves/National/International /conferences/Seminars. Organized 25+ National/ International Conferences/ Summits/ Conclaves in association with AICTE, CSI, DST and other leading organizations and large number of FDP/Entrepreneurship Programs supported by AICTE/ DST/ UGC/ EDI etc.

I am also a recipient of various awards & recognition from Academia and Industry including Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow, CCS University Meerut, Global CIO Forum, APAC News Media, GEC Media, Business World, Dataquest, Business Standard, IT Next Magazine, 9.9 Media Group, Enterprise IT Magazine, TechPlus Media Group etc. I am consecutively selected as Winner of Grand Finale of The World CIO 200 Award held at Dubai in 2021 and Bangkok in 2022, most prestigious Global Event of IT Industry “𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝟐𝟎𝟎 𝐂𝐈𝐎 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭” 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐆𝐄𝐂 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩. I am also a recipient of Special Recognition Award - 2021 for Academic Excellence in Principal Category under IEI BLC-FCRIT Excellence Award. The award was presented by The Institution of Engineers (India), Belapur Local Center and Fr. C. Rodrigues Institute of Technology, Vashi in, 2021

I have been the Regional Coordinator of Region-1 of Computer Society of India including UP, Delhi, Haryana, Uttrakhand, Punjab, J & K, Himachal Pradesh and Member of prestigious CSI Communication. I have been associated with various Professional organizations including Sr. member of IEEE, ACM, Life Member of CSI, ISCA, IETE and Indian Science Congress Association etc.
