Mix of legal insight, business instinct, and a strong belief in solving real problems
For some, life is about finding opportunities; for others, it’s about creating them. Manan has always been in the business of building something new.
From a Local Business to a Bigger Vision
Back in senior school, while most students were busy with assignments and exams, Manan was running a small parachute cap business and also a fragrance business in his initial college days which taught him the basics of business—how to sell, manage, and, most importantly, understand what people want. That first taste of entrepreneurship planted a seed that would grow into something much bigger.

Law Meets Awareness – Building Jurists’ Junction
As time passed, Manan realized something troubling—legal awareness in India was limited and courts were overburdened with pending case. Most people didn’t know their rights, and the law often felt like a distant, complex world meant only for experts. That’s when he decided to start Jurists’ Junction, a platform dedicated to making legal knowledge simple and accessible while spreading constitutional values and supporting non-litigation as a medium of resolving conflicts. Recognized under the Udyam scheme, Jurists’ Junction now works towards educating people about basic laws, human rights, and non-litigation processes, breaking down legal jargon into something everyone can understand.
a.t – Nurturing ideas that matter
But Manan’s ambitions didn’t stop there. He co-founded a.t, a fund, fellowship, and consulting firm that supports budding entrepreneurs. Whether it’s an early-stage startup or a fresh idea that needs refining, a.t provides funding, mentorship, and strategic guidance. The goal? To help people with vision turn their ideas into something real and build the firm into a venture capital firm.
An Author, a Thinker, a Creator
Beyond business and law, Manan’s passion for storytelling and deep introspection led him to write ‘BHRAMDHI’, a book that explores the nuances of human perception, belief, and self-discovery. Just as his ventures aim to bridge gaps—between knowledge and action, ideas and execution—his writing seeks to challenge perspectives and provoke thought.
Where Business, Law, and Purpose Meet
Manan’s journey is a mix of legal insight, business instinct, and a strong belief in solving real problems. From running a small cap business to leading a legal awareness platform, funding new ideas, and writing books, his work is about bridging gaps—not just between industries, but between people and their potential.
He’s not just building businesses; he’s building ecosystems where others can thrive.
