He is responsible for creation and managing IT Strategy, Operations, and Resources in the company. He is responsible for alignment of company’s goals and objectives with IT Strategy and Operations. He ensures the IT performance to operate at high productivity and delivers high business value to the customers and employees. He establishes policies and the IT best practices in the company with right IT Governance to meet Compliance requirements. He is responsible for ensuring data quality, integrity, and security standards in the IT infrastructure.
He has worked with various Fortune 100 companies globally. He worked in a company in the USA for 12 long years. Mr. Bhagvan holds a master’s degree in industrial systems engineering from Georgia Tech and a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace engineering from IIT Chennai. After living in the USA for more than 7 years, flew back to India as he wanted to stay closer to his parents, his family members, culture, and had a strong desire to contribute to his motherland. He has been providing free mentoring sessions across schools and colleges.He is an Individual member of Oracle JCP. He has published papers on IEEE, JIMR,Johr Online, and Association of Data Scientists (ADaSci) on latest technologies. He is a Tedx Speaker and presented at EuroPython, Pycon, ClueCon Weekly, World RPA Conference, and Avios conferences. He is a member of Harvard Business Review,MIT Technology Review Global Panel and Harvard Square Leaders Excellence. He has written Packt Publishing - Hands-On Data Structures and Algorithms with Go and Paytech book on The Payment Technology Handbook for Investors, Entrepreneurs, and FinTech Visionaries.

He led the team responding to proposals and closing lucrative new business opportunities for 300 million $ business unit. He was instrumental in building internal competencies, center of excellence (COEs), and external presence in technology standards groups. He was involved in go-to-market strategy creation, partner identification and evaluation, service offerings, sales & marketing deck, collateral, conducting webinars, budget planning, revenue planning, tracking Revenue, managing people, and mentoring engineers for a 300 million $ business unit.
He has hands on expertise on Cloud enabled micro services with advanced tooling on Frontend frameworks like React, Angular JS, Vue.js, React Native,HTML 5 and Backend frameworks based on Java, python, Go tech stacks. He has architected enterprise applications deployed on cloud using Data Streaming and Databases on Oracle Cloud, Azure, IBM Bluemix, and AWS. These enterprise apps are based on AWS S3, Kinesis, Lambda, Elastic Search Druid, Vertica, Kafka, and Redis. DevOps was enabled by tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring & management done by New Relic, and Promethus. He was involved in managing enterprise product development using Jira, Aha, Confluence, Bitbucket, Gitlab, and AWSCodeCommit. Code quality tools like Check Style, Sonar Qube, Synk, Veracode were used to scan the code for performance and security issues.
Understanding the scope of AI/ML technology and turning possibilities into reality, Architect Corner was founded in January 2016. Based in Hyderabad, with experienced Co-Founders on board, Architect Corner’s initial project took off by partnering with Hyatt where they implemented AI Deep learning Platform and then gradually moved their expertise in Data Cleansing for Alteryx, in-memory database for VoltDB, Graph Database for Neo4j, IoT Hardware Platform for TechnoSphere, No-SQL Database for HazelCast, FiTech for FinTech and provided Communications as service for QuickBlox. Architect Corner was even one of the initial startups which participated in the expert discussions for the NASSCOM Indian Startup report in 2016. Profondo and Prochaine- AI Deep Learning Platform was showcased in CITI AI accelerator program. ArchitectCorner has been selected to proceed to the next round of the Citi® Tech for Integrity Challenge ("T4I")! They were part of the T4I Growth Accelerator - 2017 - This AI deep learning platform can be used to track users' habits, activities, and behavioral characteristics. Financial data and products can be personalized to meet and anticipate each user's unique and changing needs.It can help banks handle their compliance monitoring by creating a natural language processing system to read through the legalities of regulations and reassemble the words into a set of computer understandable rules. IoT, AI, VR, AR, and bots technologies are changing the way data is created, collected, interpreted, and communicated.
He is a mentor for IIT Chennai students for internships and entrepreneurship through Yaari (mentorcloud). He was mentoring a group in the evening about their Quantum Virtual Machine – a simulator idea. It was two IIT Phd students who were very passionate about the Simulator. They came up with the idea of developing in house virtual quantum simulators and algorithms, which can bridge the gap between quantum machines and commercial demands. Being the first of its kind initiative in India, the company was named Quantica Computacao (In latin – Quantum computer). They created the first Indian startup in the field of quantum computing. The team started developing python, JavaScript, and C++-based simulators. The code developed can be executed on IBM, Google, and Rigetti Cloud environments for Quantum Computing. We put effort towards developing generalized applications which compile on top of multiple quantum micro-architectures.
Initial focus was to build a technology product. It was just the passion to build the first quantum computing startup and the product. JPMC,GMO, and Israeli Customer Ecitele are Quantica’s customers who are using QKD and other solutions.By the end of the year 2022, the current team is planning to partner with at least 10 financial institutions so that they can develop algorithms and software for advanced quantum cryptography. Automotive customer WABCO was interested in the solutions for their optimization and planning problems. Rwanda Government was interested in engaging them in the creation of COE in quantum computing partnering with Carnegie Mellon university. They have launched an open-source project related to Monte Carlo simulations on Quantum Computer for Financial services problems. The team is working on launching India’s own Quantum Cloud Services and Quantum Network.Quantica Computacao was crowned the Best Quantum AI Development Company – South Asia at: 2019 Artificial Intelligence Awards, Wealth & Finance.Markets and Markets has positioned Quantica Computacao in ‘Emerging Companies’ section of micro-quadrant.
He has written Books, presented Podcasts, spoke in conferences, and written Blogs – evangelizing quantum computing.He was traveling on business and was chating in London with a lady regarding the current state of Quantum Computing books. It requires knowledge of complex mathematics and physics to understand those books. There he found the need for a Quantum computing based solutions book which simplifies the computing model which can be implemented by students and software professionals.Know how to use quantum computing solutions involving artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms and applications across different disciplines.Quantum solutions involve building quantum algorithms that improve computational tasks within quantum computing, AI, data science, and machine learning. He is part of the Quantum computing Think Tank group and was Rapporteur of the Smart City Governance Working Group. He has contributed to the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). He mentors NASSCOM 10k startups through Ask Mentor. He has participated in Teach For change initiative in Hyderabad, Narendra Modi Digital.India initiative, and in the Safe Cities initiative, which was focussing on women’s security through mobile apps.
Bhagvan has worked for Fortune 500 companies including JPMC, Fidelity, Oracle, Siebel, Citi, American Express, ING, ENBD, Pacific Corp, and Kaiser Permanente. He has provided technology and business process reengineering consulting guidance and implemented various new generation platforms for business enablement.
Bhagvan is currently working with Capriglobal Capital Limited as CIO (Chief Information Officer) since 2023. He is a man with an optimistic approach in all circumstances and hoping to help with the goal of a more robust and self-reliant India
