When I began my career in the non-IT sector over two decades ago, I could not have anticipated the level of fulfilment this journey would bring or the numerous opportunities it would create. That initial day set in motion a trajectory that has enabled me to grow, forge connections, and contribute in ways that continually motivate me. The experiences I’ve encountered—the individuals I’ve met, the innovations I’ve observed, and the challenges I’ve overcome—have all served as significant milestones on my path to a deeply rewarding career.

Reflecting on my professional journey, I see a roadmap filled with diverse experiences that have led me to a place of genuine pride in my work, the people I engage with, and the person I have become. My greatest achievement is not defined by a single event or milestone; rather, it lies in the continuous journey and personal growth I have experienced. Realizing that my progress is a matter of "me vs. me," and focusing on asking the right questions and connecting with the right individuals has been transformative. Shifting my internal dialogue from comparison to self-improvement has allowed me to flourish in ways I never thought possible.

I began my career in the finance department, where I managed daily bookkeeping and financial analysis. While I excelled in this role, I became increasingly interested in how technology could enhance financial operations. Given that finance is interconnected with various departments such as sales, purchasing, costing, inventory, and more, I sought to deepen my understanding of these processes, recognizing their importance as a growth factor in any career.

Throughout my career, I have gained experience across multiple sectors, including services, manufacturing, retail, real estate, oil and gas, telecommunications, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG.

Regarding my educational background, I hold an M.Com, an MBA in Finance and Merchant Banking, an LLB in Taxation, and have completed a Senior Management Leadership Program at IIM Calcutta. Additionally, I am certified in SAP Finance, SAP Controlling, SAP Material Management, SAP Sales and Distribution, and SAP Agile Management.

I have collaborated with several prominent companies, including Alcatel Lucent, HCL, Accenture, Paytm, Patanjali, Ernst & Young, and Haldirams.
