Ajay’s early work at Saraya Industries Ltd. introduced a digital grower information system that revolutionized how sugar mills managed data for thousands of farmers. This system brought transparency and efficiency to one of India’s most traditional sectors—long before agri-tech became a buzzword.
He also pioneered the use of RFID-based tracking for private rail containers, streamlining logistics visibility—a rare feat at the time.
At Arshiya Rail and FTWZ, he led warehouse optimization and container flow digitization, contributing to India’s trade infrastructure modernization.
Scaling Natural Healthcare Through Digital Reach
At SBL Pvt. Ltd., a trusted name in homeopathy, Ajay designed and deployed a D2C e-commerce strategy to ensure rare, slow-moving medicines reached remote regions of India. His IT leadership transformed SBL into a digitally agile company, aligning inventory, e-commerce, and rural delivery into a seamless flow.
