From Nothing to AI, Tournaments, and National Recognition
At just 17, Adhith Citraju has gone from hustling alone with zero resources to becoming a voice AI founder, national-level judge, tournament organizer, and nominee for the CXO Youth Leadership Awards 2025.
But none of it happened overnight — it all began with one bold tournament.
High Flyer: The Spark That Lit the Fire
Before AI and hackathons, there was High Flyer Tournaments — the project that gave Adhith his first real taste of momentum.
In a highly competitive sports market, High Flyer’s very first tournament beat its biggest competitor — hosting one of the most successful and highly rated events of the month. From logistics to marketing to execution, everything clicked.
The reviews were phenomenal.
Players still talk about it.
And the community remembered it as “one of the best tournaments they had ever played.”
That initial win gave Adhith the confidence, credibility, and cashflow to dream bigger — and go beyond.
From Hustling to Building
At 14, Adhith was distributing flyers for a T-shirt brand he started with no capital or team.
Over the next few years, he tried multiple ventures — reselling books, freelancing, organizing events, and even launching organic soap and tea-stall brands like Sitara and Nilgiri. Each failure built his mindset, network, and resilience.
Scaling Vision: Solvionis to NeuraaCall
In 2024, he became a Managing Partner at Solvionis Technologies LLP, helping deliver SaaS solutions for startups.
But soon after, his focus shifted fully to AI and automation. That’s when he founded NeuraaCall AI, a voice-based platform to help businesses manage calls and conversations using smart, scalable AI agents.
In 2025, he made a defining choice:
➡️ Left Solvionis to fully pursue NeuraaCall and High Flyer.

“I failed more than I built — but I built anyway.”
Adhith believes youth is not a barrier — it’s an advantage. He preaches action over overthinking, and wants to show the next generation that you don’t need permission, pedigree, or funding to get started.
What’s Next?
Adhith is continuing to scale NeuraaCall, expand High Flyer into more cities, and share his journey to inspire thousands of young builders across India.
